Salon Silverado Amenities & Considerations before booking a reservation:

Check-In:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. New clients will be requested to complete any required paperwork and to prepare you for your services. Late arrivals may make it necessary for us to reduce the time we are able to spend with you on your first service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Age Requirement:
To ensure relaxation for all our clients we ask that you make arrangements for your children prior to your spa visit. This is your time to relax and rejuvenate.
If a client under the age of 18 is receiving spa services we will require a parental/guardian release before services are rendered. Any closed door service will require the parent or guardian to be present.

Cancellation Policy:
We must receive your phone cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment for individual service reservations, and 48 hours prior to multiple-service or multi-person reservations. If you wait until the day of your appointment to phone the Spa to cancel your reservations, we will charge 50% of the cost of any and all reserved services. If you do not phone to cancel and you do not show for your appointment(s), we will charge 100% of the cost of any and all reserved services. At the time of scheduling your appointment we will ask for a credit card or applicable gift card number to secure your appointment. This number will be used in the event of a late cancellation or a no show.

Payment:
Cash, Check, VISA, MC There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks along with any and all applicable bank charges.

Gift Cards:
Gift Cards are available for a specific dollar amount and may be charged by phone. At your request, we will mail the Gift Card to the designated recipient.

Gratuities/Tipping:
Tipping is at your discretion. You may do so by credit card, a check or one of the tipping envelopes provided at the front desk for cash tips.
Note: Salon Silverado Gift Cards may not be used for tipping.
